Zucchini Pickle

The relishes, pickles and condiments from I'm Not Charlie are some of our favorites at Piccadilly General Store. We just love this local artisan producer!

Zucchini Pickle is delicious with poached eggs. Poach 2 eggs as you like them. Toast some thick artisan bread. Spread with butter and then a generous serve of zucchini pickle. Add your eggs on top, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
