Regular Australia Post Flat Rate shipping of $12.95 will be calculated automatically on your order at check out. To select pick up please select from the list at check out.


All orders ship within 3-5 days of receipt. We ship by Australia Post and Sendle, and delivery time will vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for Australia post and Sendle to deliver your parcel at busy times like Christmas and Easter.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Regular Flat Rate Post for $12.95 Australia wide. A few items are marked as Bulky Items and required a customised shipping cost we can have quoted for you.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay and Paypal. 

I’ve changed my mind. How do I return an item from my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind.

If for any reason the product you receive does not live up to the description on our website, please contact us with your concerns. Please note that return postage must be paid by the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.


I received a damaged item. What now?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. All items sent via Australia Post are insured up to $100. If your item is damaged, visit your local Australia Post Office for a resolution prior to contacting Piccadilly General Store
