Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we currently only ship within Australia

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the model of our store we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind. 

If for any reason the product you receive does not live up to the description on our website, please contact us with your concerns. Please note that return postage must be paid by the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

What is your shipping policy?

All of our products are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. Most domestic orders ship 3-5 business days after you have placed your order.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do! Gift cards can be purchased and used both in-store and online. They never expire.

How can I participate in a Piccadilly Market?

For future events, the best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list and/or follow us on social media. We’ll send an email well in advance of each event with all the details regarding how to apply. 

I don't live in the area. Can I still take part in your events?

Absolutely! Piccadilly Market is open to anyone who lives in Australia and makes great stuff. We are always on the lookout for new makers.

Do the shop and the markets feature the same makers?

Some! Our markets typically host 80+ makers. Though we do carry some of their items in the shop, the products you’ll find at our events changes with each market.

How can I sell my goods in your shop?
